How RECYCLEPAK Works

	Order your Recycle Pak by calling Bulbtronics at 1.800.654.8542 or visiting our website www.bulbtronics.com
Recycle Pak includes: Packaging, freight, processing, insurance, liability protection, and certificate of recycling
	Fill the container and follow the easy- to-understand instructions.
	Seal the container per the enclosed instructions. Complete the address label to indicate contents and return address. Note: Pick-up will not be made unless the enclosed labels are attached.
	Ship. Call to request a pick-up. The toll-free number is on the shipping label. Your order is tracked from pick-up to processing.
When processing is complete, your facility receives a certification of recycling (sent to the return address on the shipping label) for your records.
