Forgot or Need to Change your password?
It’s always best to write down your password and put it in an easily accessible and safe place. When the issue of a forgotten password comes up, click on the password reminder link and fill in the required information. You will be prompted with your Password Reminder Question that you provided when you registered. If your reminder question doesn't jog your memory, click on the "send a temporary password" link and we will send you a temporary password. You can also contact the website administrator at 1-800-588-BULB (2852). When received, we urge you to login with the temporary password and change it to make sure your account information is secure. To change your password, go to the Account Management link. Once you make the change, you will be automatically logged out; login again using your login name and your new password.

Minimum Order Charges

When you order via phone, fax or email, orders under $50.00 are subject to a "small order charge".   If an order is less than $25, a small order charge of $10.00 will be added to the order.
