Do I have to register to buy?
No, you do not. You can search, add to cart and purchase - no registration
required.

Are there any minimum order requirements when I order from Bulbtronics?
Yes. When you order via phone, fax or email, orders under $50.00 are subject to
a "small order charge". If an order is less than $25, a small order charge of $10.00
will be added to the order. If an order is between $25 and $50, a $5.00 small order
charge will be added.
There are no minimum order charges when you order on
Bulbtronics.com.

What should I do if my search does not show the brand or the product I want?
Bulbtronics stocks over 70,000 line items from all of the world's major lighting
and battery manufacturers. If your search results do not show the brand or product
you want, e-mail the specifications to us. We do the research for you and respond
with availability and price.

What is a customer number and what is it used for?
When an account is created, customers are assigned customer numbers.
This unique identifier appears on every invoice and packing slip. We recommend that
you have it available when you call, or refer to it in written communications, so
we can quickly and correctly identify your account.
I need to make changes in my Billing and Shipping information. How do I do that?
If you are a registered Preferred Customer, login and go to Account Management,
Account Information and make the address, phone, email, and contact name changes
yourself. Or send the changes on your letterhead to the address below. If there
is a change in the name of your company, we request that you detail the change on
the new letterhead and send to the address below.

Can I purchase under a blanket order?
Yes, we handle blanket purchase agreements all the time. Call 1-800-588-BULB (2852)
to have a sales representative set up and handle your blanket order.
I buy a lot of the same items. Is there a way to repeat an order?
As a registered Preferred Customer, you have access to your account history and
can review and repeat an order if you choose. First log in and go to Account Management,
Account Settings, Order Status. To review an order you wish to repeat, click on
the order number to open an order detail page. Links at the bottom of the page allow
you to add the order to your shopping cart.
I saved a shopping cart as a quote. How long are the prices valid?
Shopping Cart/Quote prices are guaranteed for 30 days. After 30 days your quote
will be updated automatically with the most current pricing. Quotes are saved in
our system for 90 days. Keep in mind that stock availability continually changes.

Many people in my organization purchase and all the billing comes to one location.
Can we set up this kind of multi-user account on Bulbtronics.com?
Yes. We have been setting up such accounts for years for our customers. Our on-line
site mirrors our off-line accounting system and permits a single billing address
with multiple buyers and multiple shipping addresses. The account administrator
(owner of the account) registers on-line and lists Additional Users. When a user
is listed, an email automatically is sent with a link to a quick registration that
establishes the additional user's unique login and password. As soon as this registration
is completed, the additional user has immediate access to Bulbtronics.com. The account
administrator determines the level of access for all additional users and can track
all purchases and quotes for the organization.

How can I set up an open account with terms?
To set up an open account go to Bulbtronics.com's home page and click on Customer
Support, Credit Application. Fill in the requested information and submit. Our accounting
department will review the application and contact you directly.
Can I change my order?
If you are in the shopping cart and haven't checked out, you can easily change your
mind and delete or add an item. You can even delete an item in Checkout or go back
to the shopping cart to add an item. But, when you click on the Buy Now! link on
the Checkout page you cannot go back and change your order. Should you realize that
you made a mistake call 1-800-588-BULB (2852) x375 or mail
custservdept@bulbtronics.com
immediately. We will do our best to make the change for you if the order has not
already been processed. If you forgot to add an item to your order please place
another order.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Buying without registering - is designed with a built-in
shipping table (billing and shipping addresses must be the same) with three shipping
options and their associated costs.
When purchasing without registering you can see what the costs
are when you check out.
Registered Preferred Customers who login can choose from more than 20 shipping options
and can have orders delivered to addresses different from the billing address. An
e-mail is sent when the order has shipped (typically same or next day) detailing
all applicable costs including shipping. Since products come in different shapes,
sizes and weights, true shipping cost is determined only when the order is picked,
packed and weighed in the warehouse.
Preferred Customers have a wide choice
of shipping methods and receive actual shipping costs when order is shipped.
When do I have to place an order to be sure to get it the next day?
Existing accounts must place an order by 1PM EST and specify next day delivery.
New accounts can do the same when a credit card purchase (for under $500) is made.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. Bulbtronics is an international company. We ship all over the world. If you
are an export customer, contact the Export Department via e-mail: export@bulbtronics.com,
fax: 631-501-0083 or by phone: 1-624-2852 x352. At this time bulbtronics.com only
supports U.S. and Canadian customers.
What do I do if I don't remember my password?
It is always best to write down your password and put it in an easily accessible
and safe place. If you forget to do this then type in what you think the password
is. If it is incorrect, you will be prompted to type in the correct password again.
If you still do not remember click on forgot your user name or password link and fill in the required information. You will be prompted to enter your user name, once you have done that click submit. You will then be asked to answer your security question. After answering correctly, you may request a temporary password to be sent to you. You may also call 1-800-588-BULB (2852). We urge you to login with the temporary password and change it to make sure your account information is secure.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, go to Account Management, Account Settings,
My Information. Once you make the change, you will be automatically logged out.
Login again using your login name and your new password.
